Our New Water Permeable Basecoat provides long lasting wear and prevents staining on nails. It is the first water permeable formula that allows water molecules to penetrate through micro pores without rubbing or added pressure. Dries clear.
For best results, make sure that your fingernails are clean and free of any lotion or oils. Apply thin layers of basecoat on the nail and allow to dry thoroughly before applying nail polish on top.
Requires nail polish remover to remove.
