Shipping Policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Shipping Policy in its entirety. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

We pride ourselves on fast and reliable shipping and we are doing everything we can to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-5 business days to process and fulfill your order. Processing time can sometimes be longer as a result of heavy volume. Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 10 am and 5pm EST.  Orders placed after 10 AM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day Monday. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

 

If a merchandise is out of stock (backordered), then you will be notified via Email with three (3) options:
1. Replace the backordered merchandise for merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.

2. Receive a refund on the backordered merchandise, and process the order with the merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.

3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

We do not profit from shipping. Should you choose Priority shipping, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by the shipper.  Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the items you are purchasing.

International Shipping

We DO ship to the US and other countries! (Note: Free Shipping available for the US and other countries, if you spend over $50)

Orders over $50 will qualify for Free Shipping.

Important: Processing and delivery times may be longer then estimated.  *** Delivery time estimates are calculated from the day the parcel is shipped; not the day that the order is made. 

Delivery standards are within business days for items sent between major urban centres and are dependent upon origin and destination. All courier services (including without limitation, on-time delivery guarantees) are subject to terms and conditions.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  2. Processing times may increase if inventory is temporarily unavailable.
  3. Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. A flat fee of $20 will be charged for any parcel returned as a result of a wrong address, if the parcel was unclaimed or undeliverable. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
  4. We cannot be held responsible for any stolen packages.

Delivery

Couriers are solely responsible for determining the delivery location of your package based on accessibility, safety, and other factors. This may include leaving the parcel at your front door, mailbox, garage, or redirecting it to a nearby depot for pick up if deemed necessary.

Please note: We do not have control over the delivery location chosen by the courier. Once your order has been delivered as indicated by the tracking information provided, the responsibility for the package transfers to you. Our team may request that the courier redirect a parcel for pickup if hand delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. To help safeguard your delivery, we recommend selecting a secure shipping address and monitoring your tracking information closely.

Local Pick Up

Unfortunately, we do not offer Local Pick Up. If you would like to pick up merchandise from a retail location, please give them a call and they will be more than happy to place items on hold for you. Payment must be made at the time of pick up.
